不同类型有机肥降解土壤乙草胺残留初步研究

Preliminary study on degradation of acetochlor residue in soil by different types of organic fertilizer

摘要: 在室外将桶内水稻土用不同肥料处理后,喷施有效成分浓度为1.2 g/L乙草胺药液,施药后于不同时间(0.5、1、3、5、7、14、21、30、45 d)取土样检测乙草胺的残留量,计算乙草胺在不同处理后的半衰期,分析肥料处理降解乙草胺的可行性。结果表明,施用有机水溶肥或微生物有机肥后,乙草胺在土壤中的半衰期均比对照明显缩短。PSBGH处理,乙草胺半衰期最短,是对照的21.77%;AWJL处理,乙草胺半衰期在各处理中最长,是对照的61.51%。初步认为施用有机肥可以作为降解水稻田乙草胺残留的有效方法。

Abstract: After the paddy soil in the barrel was treated with different types of organic fertilizer, the solution of acetochlor with the concentration of 1.2 g/L was sprayed, and the soil samples were taken to detect the residue of acetochlor at different days (0.5, 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21, 30, 45 d). The half-lifes of acetochlor after different treatments were calculated, and the feasibility of degradation of acetochlor by fertilizer treatment was analyzed. The results showed that after the application of organic water-soluble fertilizer or microbial organic fertilizer, the half-life of acetochlor in soil was significantly shorter than that of the control. After PSBGH, the half-life of acetochlor was the shortest, which was 21.77% of that of the control. After the application of AWJL, the half-life of acetochlor was the longest in all treatments, which was 61.51% of the control. It was considered that the application of organic fertilizer could be used as an effective method to degrade acetochlor residues in paddy fields.
