湖北省畜禽粪污还田安全性分析

Analysis on the safety of livestock manure applied to the field in Hubei province

摘要: 为了提高湖北省畜禽粪污还田的安全性,本研究通过引用《畜禽粪污土地承载力测算技术指南》和湖北省2018年统计年鉴中的相关数据,估算出湖北省规模化养殖场粪污还田的配套土地面积,各市、州耕地的氮、磷负荷以及主要农作物生长利用粪肥的潜力。统计结果表明,湖北省养殖场选择种植水稻所需的配套面积最小,也即水稻种植吸收粪污氮、磷养分的能力最强。从区域粪污管控的角度而言,黄冈市单位耕地面积上承载的畜禽粪污氮、磷量最高,均已超过欧盟限量标准(氮170 kg/hm2、磷35 kg/hm2),其次是鄂州市、襄阳市需要重点关注。从当前粪污还田的潜力来说,神农架林区、黄冈市和恩施市粪污还田利用的空间较小,需要控制区域养殖总量和粪污还田的比例。

Abstract: In order to promote the security of manure application to field,this study estimated the suitable area of cropland needed by manure application,total nitrogen and phosphorus load of cropland and the potential of using manure from growth of main crops in Hubei province.The results showed that,planting rice called for smallest cropland area for reusing manure.In the other word,rice owned the strongest capacity to take manure nitrogen and phosphorus away from field.From the perspective of regulation of fecal pollution,the manure nitrogen and phosphorus load per unit area of arable land in Huanggang city were maximum in Hubei province,and they had surpassed the EU′s standard of limitation on nitrogen and phosphorus which were 170,35 kg/hm2,respectively.Closely followed by Ezhou and Xiangyang city,which should be focused on.From the potential of manure application to field,less space was left for manure application in Shennongjia Forestry District,Huanggang city and Enshi city.Therefore,the total amount of livestock and the proportion of manure applied to cropland should be controlled in these regions.
