不同营养液配方对水培白蝴蝶合果芋的影响

Influence of different nutrient solution formulations on hydroponic Syngonium podoopphyllum cv. White Butterfly

摘要: 为探究适宜白蝴蝶合果芋(Syngonium podophyllum cv.White Butterfly)水培生长的营养液大中量元素配方,试验选取5种常见植物水培营养液配方以及1种自行调制配方,以清水为对照,观察记录7种处理下白蝴蝶合果芋生长状况及其水培溶液变化,进而筛选出适宜白蝴蝶合果芋水培使用的营养液大中量元素配方比例。结果表明,水培能有效促进白蝴蝶合果芋的生长。营养液的添加对白蝴蝶合果芋的根长伸长与株高生长作用并不明显,但不同营养液配方比例下白蝴蝶合果芋在其他生长指标上差异显著。其中,自行调制的营养液配方能很好地促发侧根生长,促进叶片的生长及冠幅的增大;山崎三叶芹配方能有效促进植株不定根的抽生和冠幅的增大;华南农大叶菜B配方、山崎三叶芹配方以及自行调制配方均能维持并促进新叶展开速率;而改良Hoagland配方、日本园试配方以及观叶植物通用配方因为对植株根系与展叶的生长不理想,不太适合用于白蝴蝶合果芋的水培培养。尽管这些营养液能促进白蝴蝶合果芋水培生长,但其使用时的pH与电导率还有待后期进一步优化与调整,以维持溶液的稳定性。

Abstract: In order to explore the formula of large and medium nutrient solution suitable for hydroponic Syngonium podophyllum cv.White Butterfly,five common plant hydroponic nutrient solution formulations and one self-modulated formula were selected in the experiment.With clear water as the control,the growth status of S.podophyllum cv.White Butterfly and its hydroponic solution changes were observed and recorded under seven treatments.Then the formula proportion of large and medium amount of nutrient solution suitable for hydroponic S.podophyllum cv.White Butterfly was selected.The results showed that hydroponic culture could effectively promote the growth of S.podophyllum cv.White Butterfly.The addition of nutrient formula had little obvious effect on the root elongation and plant height growth,but had significant effect on other growth indexes.The self-modulated formula could promote the lateral root growth,the leaf growth and the increase of plant width.The Yamazaki hydroponic mitsuba formula could effectively promote the extraction of adventitious roots and the increase of crown width.The SCAU leaf vegetable B formula,the Yamazaki hydroponic mitsuba formula and the self-modulated formula could maintain and promote the new leaf development rate.However,the modified Hoagland formula,the Japan Enshi formula and the general formula for foliage plants were not suitable for the hydroponic S.podophyllum cv.Write Butterfly due to the unsatisfactory effect on plant root system and leaf spreading.Although the excellent nutrient solutions can promote the growth of hydroponic S.podophyllum cv.Write Butterfly,the pH value and electrical conductivity of these nutrient solutions in use still need to be further optimized and adjusted in the later stage to maintain the stability of the solution.
