基于模糊综合评价法的陕西省地理标志农产品产出效益评价

Evaluation of output benefit of geographical indications agricultural products in Shaanxi province based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method

摘要: 将影响陕西省地理标志农产品产出效益的因素分为内部因素和外部因素,分别从质量规格、品牌价值、地理区位、政府决策、市场风险、经营主体、消费者偏好等7个方面采用模糊综合评价法对陕西省地理标志农产品产出效益进行了评价。结果表明,陕西省地理标志农产品产出效益最高的隶属度数值为0.375,较高的隶属度数值为0.226,具有明显的产出效益。同时提出了常态化推进陕西省地理标志农产品发展的建议和措施。

Abstract: The factors which affect the output efficiency of Shaanxi geographical indication agricultural products were divided into internal factors and external factors, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the output benefits of geographical indication agricultural products in Shaanxi province from seven aspects of quality specification, brand value, geographical location, government decision-making, market risk, business entities and consumer preference. The results showed that the highest yield of agricultural products with geographical indication in Shaanxi province was 0.375 and the higher yield was 0.226, which had obvious output benefit. At the same time, some suggestions and measures were put forward to promote the development of geographical indication agricultural products in Shaanxi province.
