Abstract: Rural culture was an important part of rural revitalization. By analyzing the current situation, existing problems and difficulties of rural cultural governance in southern Shaanxi, it was concluded that a comprehensive rural cultural governance system in southern Shaanxi must be established. On this basis, this study proposed to establish the rural cultural governance system in southern Shaanxi, which was guided by advanced ideas, comprehensive service, multi subject coordination and long-term governance guarantee, so as to provide reference and reference for the rural cultural governance in southern Shaanxi and even the whole country.
