摘要: 组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂(HDACi)是一类化合物,通过干扰组蛋白去乙酰化酶来控制DNA缠绕于组蛋白的松紧程度从而发挥作用,它可以通过增加细胞内组蛋白的乙酰化程度提高乙酰化相关基因的表达水平。近年来,关于HDACi促进供体细胞及核移植重构胚的表观遗传重编程以及调控高等动物机体基因的表达等相关研究备受关注。主要阐述了HDACi对核移植胚胎体外发育效果的影响,旨在为提高克隆胚胎的生产效率提供参考依据。

Abstract: Histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) is a class of compounds that can interfere with histone deacetylase to control the tightness of DNA binding to histones and play a role, which can increase the degree of histones acetylation in cells and improve the expression level of acetylated genes. In recent years, the researches on HDACi promoting epigenetic reprogramming of donor cells and nucleartransfer embryos and regulating the genes expression in higher animals have attracted much attention. The effects of HDACi on the in vitro developmental competence of nuclear transfer embryos are mainly described, in order to provide reference for improving the production efficiency of cloned embryos.
