Comparison of drought resistance of five kinds of Hainan winter crops

摘要: 试验以聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱条件,研究其对番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum)、玉米(Zea mays L.)、白菜(Brassica chinensis)、西瓜(Citrullus lanatus)和萝卜(Raphanus sativus)5种供试作物种子萌发以及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在种子萌发阶段,高浓度的PEG-6000溶液对5种供试作物的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、发芽速率和平均发芽时间等5个指标的影响较大;采用隶属函数值综合评价分析得出,5种供试作物抗旱性强弱顺序为玉米>白菜>番茄>西瓜>萝卜。

Abstract: In this experiment, polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000) was used to simulate drought conditions, the effects of PEG-6000 on five species including Lycopersicon esculentum, Zea mays L., Brassica chinensis, Citrullus lanatus and Raphanus sativus seed germination and seedling growth were investigated. The results showed that the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, germination rate and average germination time of the five tested plants were obviously affected under high concentration PE-6000 treatment. The comprehensive evaluation of the subordinate function values showed that the order of drought resistance of the five tested plants was as followsZea mays L. > Brassica chinensis > Lycopersicon esculentum > Citrullus lanatus > Raphanus sativus.
