摘要: 根据JJF1059.1—2012标准建立测量模型,确定测定过程中各不确定度分量,分析电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定食品中镉的不确定度。结果表明,最小二乘法拟合标准曲线校准、测量重现性、加标回收率是导致该方法不确定度产生的主要影响因素,测定时应加强这几个方面的控制,从而提高测量结果的准确性。

Abstract: According to the JJF1059.1—2012 standard, the measurement model was established to determine and calculate the uncertainty components in the determination process, and analyze the uncertainty in the determination of cadmium in foods by ICP-MS. The results showed that the main influence factors of uncertainty were the calibration of the standard curve fitted by least square method, the reproducibility of measurement and the standard recovery. In order to improve the accuracy of the measurement results, the control of these aspects should be strengthened.
