Synthesis and fungicidal activity of N-alkylated glycine ethyl ester-phenazine-1-carboxylic acid derivatives

摘要: 为获得高活性的化合物,以吩嗪-1-羧酸为先导化合物,设计合成了6个新型N-烷基化甘氨酸乙酯-吩嗪-1-羧酸衍生物。利用核磁共振氢谱和高分辨质谱对目标化合物进行了结构表征,并对目标化合物进行了抑菌活性测试。结果表明,合成的目标化合物对6种供试真菌都具有一定的抑菌活性。

Abstract: In order to obtain highly active compounds, six novel N-alkylated glycine ethyl ester-phenazine-1-carboxylic acid derivatives were designed and synthesized using phenazine-1-carboxylic acid as a lead compound. The target compounds were characterized by 1H NMR and HIGH resolution MASS spectrometry. The fungicidal activity of the target compounds was tested. The results showed that the synthesized target compounds had certain fungicidal activity against the six tested fungi.
