陕西省黄河湿地春季不同土地利用方式下中小型土壤动物多样性研究

Study on the diversity of small and medium-sized soil animals in spring in the Yellow river wetland of Shaanxi province under different land use patterns

摘要: 2019年4月在陕西省黄河湿地区域选取3块不同土地利用方式下的土壤并进行采样,对中小型土壤动物多样性进行研究。结果显示,共获得中小型土壤动物51头,隶属于1门2纲9目,全部归属于节肢动物门,其中昆虫纲为优势类群,占总捕获动物数的60.8%,蛛形纲占总捕获动物数的39.2%。3种不同土地利用方式下的中小型土壤动物多样性指数与均匀度指数均具有明显差异,其中渭河流域河滩湿地的多样性指数与均匀度指数均高于其他2种湿地类型,卤阳湖盐碱湿地的多样性指数与均匀度指数较低,原因可能与卤阳湖盐碱湿地的盐碱化及土壤的其他理化性质有关。

Abstract: In April 2019, three soils samples of different land use patterns were selected and sampled in the Yellow river wetland of Shaanxi province to study the diversity of small and medium-sized soil animals with different land use patterns. The results showed that a total of 51 small and medium-sized soil animals were obtained, belonging to 1 phylum, 2 classes and 9 orders respectively. All the soil animals belonged to Arthropod, among which, Insecta was the dominant group, accounting for 60.8% of the total captured animals, Arachnids accounted for 39.2% of the total captured animals. The diversity index and uniformity index of the small and medium-sized soil animal under three different ways of land use showed obvious difference. The diversity index and uniformity index of riverine wetland in Wei river basin were higher than those of the other two wetland types, and the diversity index and uniformity index of saline-alkali wetland in Luyang lake were the lowest. The reason may be related to the salinization of saline-alkali wetland in Luyang lake and other physicochemical properties of soil quality related.
