基于Modbus-RTU的花卉育种温室灌溉控制系统设计

Design of irrigation control system for flower greenhouse based on Modbus-RTU

摘要: 针对花卉对按需灌溉和生长环境的需求及PLC模拟量输入、输出模块数量有限等缺点,设计了基于西门子S7-200 SMART系列PLC为核心的灌溉控制系统。该控制系统利用Modbus-RTU通信,采用轮询的方式采集变频器、土壤温湿度、空气温湿度、光照度及土壤电导率等参数,控制变频器运行频率实现对花卉的按需灌溉,并利用工业以太网把相关参数上传至MCGS触摸屏进行精细化管理。

Abstract: Aiming at the demand of flowers for on-demand irrigation and growth environment and the limited number of analog input and output modules of PLCs, design an irrigation control system based on Siemens S7-200 SMART series PLC. The control system uses Modbus-RTU communication, collects environmental parameters such as inverter, soil and air temperatures and humidities, illumination and soil conductivity, and control the frequency of inverter to realize on-demand irrigation of flowers, and uploads related parameters to MCGS touch screen by industrial Ethernet for fine management.
