肉鸡与蛋鸡H5、H7、H9亚型禽流感病毒抗体水平调查

Antibody levels of H5, H7 and H9 subtypes of avian influenza virus of broilers and layers

摘要: 为了解养殖场家禽中H5、H7、H9亚型禽流感病毒抗体水平, 通过血清学调查, 应用血凝抑制试验(HI)的方法, 对四川内江、山东济南、河南鹤壁、江苏扬州4个定点实验观测站负责的养殖场的鸡血液样本进行禽流感病毒抗体分析, 其中包含2个肉鸡场和3个蛋鸡场。研究发现蛋鸡场通常免疫了H5、H7、H9(或H5与H9)亚型禽流感疫苗, 而肉鸡场只免疫了H9亚型禽流感疫苗;蛋鸡场和肉鸡场都存在免疫禽流感疫苗后抗体水平低和无抗体产生的情况, 从而导致免疫不合格或免疫失败。以上结果表明, 应加强家禽养殖场对不同亚型禽流感疫苗的免疫以及免疫后的禽流感病毒抗体水平监测, 以防免疫失败, 从而预防禽流感的发生和流行。

Abstract: In order to understand the immune antibody level of H5, H7 and H9 subtypes avian influenza virus in poultry, the blood samples of four experimental observation stations in Neijiang city of Sichuan province, Jinan city of Shandong province, Hebi city of Henan province and Yangzhou city of Jiangsu province were analyzed by serological investigation and hemagglutination inhibition test(HI), including two broiler farms and three layer farms. The research found that layers were immunized with H5, H7, H9(or H5 and H9) subtypes avian influenza vaccines, while broilers were only immunized with H9 subtype avian influenza vaccine. The layer farms and broilers farms had low antibody production after the immunization of avian influenza vaccine, leading to unqualified or immune failure. It is suggested that the immunization different subtypes of avian influenza vaccine and the monitoring of avian influenza antibody levels after immunization should be strengthened to prevent the occurence and prevalence of avian influenza.
