Abstract: Internet technology has had a profound impact on the national economy and the rural economy. Through the use of the analysis ability of Internet big data, it has promoted the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas and promoted the transformation and upgrading of the rural economy. The frequent occurrence of agricultural product quality and safety problems also exposes the imperfections of agricultural product quality and safety laws. Therefore, on the premise of explaining the relevant legal concepts and analyzing the relevant legal defects, this paper proposed the legal regulation path of agricultural product quality and safety in the context of “Internet + agriculture”.
