Abstract: Under the strategy of village rejuvenation, the rural community management service, as a rural management mode combining innovation and practicability, was the only way to promoted the role transformation of villagers. Restricted by external factors, the community management level in rural areas is difficult to be effectively improved in a short period of time, making it gradually fall into the embarrassing situation of public release, internal digestion and institutionalization dissipation.Only by building a two-way communication channel between "community and villagers", cultivating endogenous community organizations, and clarifying the rights and responsibilities of the management subjects, could we break through the practical difficulties and achieved the goal.
