蔓性千斤拔最佳采收期及根部总黄酮含量提取工艺研究

Study on the optimum harvest time of Moghania philippinensis and the content of total flavonoids extraction technology in root

摘要: 为研究蔓性千斤拔[Moghania philippinensis(Merr.Et Rolfe)Li.]的最佳采收期及根部总黄酮含量最佳提取工艺,采用紫外分光光度计法和L9(34)正交试验对其进行了优化。结果表明,蔓性千斤拔在次年10月总黄酮含量最高;在乙醇浓度90%、提取时间60 min、提取2次、提取温度100 ℃时,根部总黄酮得率最高。

Abstract: In order to study the best harvesting period of the genus Moghania philippinensis (Merr.Et Rolfe) Li. and the extraction process of the total flavonoids in the roots, the ultraviolet spectrophotometry and L9(34) orthogonal experimental were used to explore the best extraction technology of Moghania philippinensis. Results showed that the total flavonoid content of root was the highest in the October of next year, when ethanol concentration was 90%, extraction time was 60 min, extraction times was twice and extraction temperature was 100 ℃, the total flavonoid yield is the highest.
