天然抗氧化剂二氢杨梅素的提取工艺比较研究

The comparative study on extraction of natural antioxidant-dihydromyricetin

摘要: 以湖北省恩施州富硒土壤上生长的藤茶为原料,采用3种方法提取天然抗氧化剂二氢杨梅素(DMY)。结果显示,超声辅助提取条件下,料液比1∶70(g∶mL),用80%乙醇溶液常温提取50 min,提取液中DMY含量较高,为19.010%;微波辅助提取条件下,560 W功率,料液比1∶70(g∶mL),用60%乙醇溶液提取120 s,提取液中DMY含量较高,为18.174%;破壁式辅助提取条件下,常温25 ℃,料液比1∶50(g∶mL),用100%纯乙醇溶液提取5 min,提取液中DMY含量较高,为15.172%;三者相比较,各有优势,超声提取DMY含量较高,微波提取用时短,破壁式提取批次处理量大。

Abstract: Using Ampelopsis grossedentata which is growing on the soil(Enshi,Hubei Province) rich in selenium as material, the natural antioxidant dihydromyricetin (DMY) was extracted by three methods. The results showed that the optimum extraction process were the ratio of tea material to water 1∶70(g∶mL),50 min, 80% ethanol solutionw at room temperature under the condition of ultrasound assisted extraction,the content of DMY in tea soup was 19.010%. Under the condition of microwave assisted extraction, the optimum extraction process were 560 W power, the ratio of tea material to water 1∶70(g∶mL),120 s,60% ethanol solution, the content of DMY in tea soup was 18.174%. Under the condition of wall-breaking assisted extraction,the optimum extraction process were 50 min,the ratio of tea material to 100% pure ethanol solution 1∶50(g∶mL) at room temperature, the content of DMY in tea soup was 15.172%. Compared with the three methods, the ultrasonic extraction rate is high, the microwave extraction time is short, and the wall-breaking extraction batch processing is large.
