真菌SF_50651中抗菌活性化学成分的研究

Study on antibacterial active components of fungi SF-50651

摘要: 在抗菌活性天然产物的筛选过程中,筛选到1株具有强抗菌活性的真菌SF_50651,通过活性跟踪,确定其中的活性组分,经提取和制备高效液相色谱分离得到1个抗菌活性化合物,经紫外、质谱和天然产物词典(DNP)查询确定化合物为稻瘟醇(Pyriculol),进一步的抗菌活性测试表明其具有显著的抗金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)作用。

Abstract: In the process of screening natural products with antimicrobial activity, a fungi SF_50651 with strong antimicrobial activity was obtained. By active tracking, the active fraction was detected, an active compound which was identified as pyriculol by UV, MS and Dictionary of Natural Prodouct (DNP). Further tests of antimicrobial activity showed that it had significant antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus.
