菌剂强化多级A/O工艺处理低温农村生活污水脱氮除磷效果

Enhancing nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency of multi-stage A/O process with bacteria for low temperature rural sewage treatment

摘要: 针对冬春季分散式农村生活污水处理设施脱氮除磷效果差、普遍超标的难题,构建生物填料型多级A/O试验装置和48 t/d的示范工程处理设备,形成生物膜/活性污泥混合净化系统,以投加反硝化聚磷菌(B8)为强化手段,考察B8菌对多级A/O系统去除氨氮、总氮和总磷的强化效果,同时跟踪监测示范工程的应用效果。结果表明,投加B8菌剂可以一定程度上强化低温条件下(9~13 ℃)多级A/O工艺的脱氮除磷效果,与未投菌装置的氨氮、总氮和总磷的出水浓度4.13、16.29、和0.67 mg/L相比,投菌装置的出水浓度分别为2.31、10.11和0.48 mg/L,达到一级A排放标准。更低温度条件下(3~7 ℃)时,投菌、未投菌装置对氨氮、总氮、总磷的去除效果未见明显差异,分别维持在35%、30%和43%左右。经过B8菌剂强化后的农村污水处理设施(48 t/d)出水水质有所改善,氨氮平均去除率由86.4%增至92.6%,总氮平均去除率由45.9%增至57.3%,总磷平均去除率由67.8%增至76.1%,但CODcr的平均去除率为72.8%,较未投菌的74.5%相差不大。氨氮出水达到一级A排放标准,CODcr、总氮、总磷出水达到一级B排放标准。

Abstract: Aimed at the problem of poor nitrogen and phosphorus removal in winter and spring for rural domestic sewage treatment facilities which was decentralized, and even exceeding the standard widespreadly, a bio-filled multi-stage A/O device and demonstration engineering treatment equipment(48 t/d) were constructed to treat sewage, where it would form a biofilm/activated sludge mixture, and added the denitrification bacteria(B8) into the facilities. The enhancement effect of the removal of NH4+-N, TN and TP in multi-stage A/O system with the B8 bacteria was investigated,and track the application effect in the demonstration equipment. The results showed that the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal by multi-stage A/O process under low temperature conditions(9~13 ℃) can be strengthened to a certain extent by adding bacteria(B8). Compared with the effluent of NH4+-N, TN and TP 4.13,16.29,0.67 mg/L, respectively, for the device without B8, the effluent of the device with B8 was 2.31,10.11 and 0.48 mg/L,respectively, reaching the first-class A emission standard. At lower temperature(3~7 ℃), compared with the removal effect of NH4+-N, TN and TP for the device without B8, there was no significant difference in the device with B8, and the removal effect was generally maintained at 35%, 30% and 43%,respectively. The effluent quality of the rural sewage treatment facilities(48 t/d) was improved due to adding the B8 microbial agent. The average removal rate of NH4+-N increased from 86.4% to 92.6%, the average removal rate of TN increased from 45.9% to 57.3%, and the average removal rate of TP increased from 67.8% to 76.1%, but the average removal rate of CODcr was 72.8%, which was not significantly different from the 74.5% of the device without B8. The effluent of NH4+-N reached the first-class A emission standard, and the effluent of CODcr,TN and TP reached the first-class B emission standard.
