CO2灭杀烟草甲的应用研究

摘要: 为探讨新的烟草害虫无毒化防治方式,提出采用瓶装CO2作为介质,通过对密封垛位充入CO2气体,设置不同参数梯度,投放烟草甲(Lasioderma serricorne)活虫进行效果论证,并对杀虫后烟叶含水率、外观质量和化学成分进行分析,评价CO2灭杀烟草甲的可行性,保障烟叶原料虫害防治效果及烟叶仓储质量。结果表明,当温度条件符合防虫要求,CO2处理密封垛位内氧气浓度小于2%并维持35 d以上可以有效杀灭烟叶中的烟草甲。

Abstract: In order to discuss the new non-toxic approaches of preventing tobacco pests, it is suggested to use bottled CO2 as a medium to fill the CO2 gas in the sealed disk, set different parameter gradients, and use live insects to test the effectiveness. The amount of leaf water, appearances and chemical composition were analyzed to evaluate the feasibility of using CO2 to kill Lasioderma serricorne, to ensure the effects and the quality of tobacco storage. The results show that when the temperature conditions meet the requirements of insect control, and the oxygen concentration in the sealed stack is less than 2% and maintained for more than 35 d during CO2 treatment, it can effectively kill Lasioderma serricorne.
