种植年限对洛党参叶和根部分性状的影响

Effects of planting years on leaf and root traits of Codonopsis pilosula in Luolong

摘要: 研究种植于贵州省道真县洛龙镇海拔1 500 m的 2、3、4年生洛党参叶和根的部分性状,结果表明,随着种植年限的增加,叶部叶绿素a呈显著降低趋势;种植2、3、4年的洛党参根中可溶性多糖和可溶性蛋白质没有显著差异;随种植年限增加,洛党参单株质量增加,木质部占比增加。木质化会影响洛党参口感,将洛党参作药食兼用植物在海拔1 500 m推广种植要慎重。

Abstract: Some traits of leaves, roots and roots of Codonopsis pilosulae grown in Luolong township, Daozhen county, Guizhou province were studied, the results showed that with the increase of planting years, the leaf chlorophyll a showed a significant decrease trend. There were no significant differences in soluble polysaccharides and soluble proteins in the roots of C. pilosula grown for 2, 3, and 4 years. With the increase of planting years, the quality of single plant increased, and the proportion of xylem increased. Lignification will affect the taste of C. pilosulae. Care should be taken to promote the cultivation of C. pilosula as a medicinal and food plant at an altitude of 1 500 m.
