乳酸菌对矮牵牛生长和生理性状的影响

Effects of Lactic Acid Bacteria on the Growth and Physiological Characters of Petunia Hybrida

摘要: 为进一步提高矮牵牛(Petunia hybrida)的观赏特性,以矮牵牛为试验材料,在不同浓度的乳酸菌制剂处理下,测定矮牵牛的各项生长和生理指标。结果表明,试验组较对照组在矮牵牛的生长和生理指标上均有明显提高,其中浇施1∶500乳酸菌的试验组提升效果最明显,该浓度处理下的矮牵牛冠幅、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量和可溶性糖含量分别较对照组提高了11.69%、25.27%、32.69%、22.22%。

Abstract: For further improving the ornamental characteristics of Petunia hybrida, which was selected as experimental material to measure its growth and physiological characters under different concentrations of lactic acid bacteria(LAB). The results showed that,compared with the control group,the growth and physiological characters of experimental group have gotten significant progress,and the concentrations of 1∶500 had the most positive effects. The crown breadth, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of P. hybrid have respectively improved by 11.69%,25.27%,32.69%,22.22% under the concentrations of 1∶500.
