基于小波分析的川西北三江源区植被周期变化研究

Research on Vegetation Cycle Change of Three Rivers'Headwater Area of Northwest Sichuan Based on the Wavelet Analysis

摘要: 利用2001-2010年MOD13Q1中提取的川西北三江源区7个县的归一化植被指数数据,对川西北三江源区的归一化差值植被指数(NDVI)变化周期进行分析。结果表明,小波分析可以很好地揭示出NDVI的变化特征,t检验可以得出研究区内部的差异显著性。在研究区7个县,植被呈缓慢的恢复,相同类型的植被大体以年际为变化,但相同气候条件下植被的生长周期与生长期和植被的类型无关。植被生长周期在230 d上下浮动,不同地区的植被生长周期差异能达到60 d,植被生长期在110 d上下浮动,不同地区差异能达到30 d。导致差异的原因是特定月份的气温存在着差异。

Abstract: Based on the data from the MOD13Q1 of 7 counties in the Three Rivers’ headwater area of the Northwest of Sichuan from 2001 to 2010,the NDVI cycle of vegetation was analyzed. The results show that the characteristics of NDVI can be well revealed by the wavelet analysis,the significant differences within the study area can be concluded by the t test. In the 7 different counties of the study area,the vegetation was in the slow recovery and the change of vegetation in the same vegetation type was changed by the years,but the vegetation growth cycle and growing period were different under the same type of vegetation and the climate. The vegetation growth cycle fluctuated around 230 days,the difference of vegetation growth cycle in different counties can reach 60 days. The vegetation growing period fluctuated around 110 days,the difference of vegetation growing period in different counties can reach 30 days. The reason was due to differences in temperature in particular months.
