基于机采棉播种关键技术的分析

摘要: 针对机采棉设计的播种机突破了农机与农艺融合技术,实现了多功能联合作业。阐述了系列播种机涉及的5项关键技术,即实现播种空间优化的一器双行错位排种技术;提高播深一致性的双重仿形播种覆膜技术;提高道路通过性的机架折叠技术;创造良好种床的双轮镇压装置;覆土更加均匀的两段式覆土滚筒。经大田试验,该技术可行。

Abstract: The planter of cotton aimed at mechanical harvesting broken through the technology of agricultural machine and agronomy fusion,and realized multi-function joint operation. Five key technologies were described according to the sowing process:a technique of double row by a device for realizing the optimization of sowing space,the technique of the double contour planting laminating for increasing the consistency of seeding,the technology to improve roadway through sex by horizontal folding of the frame,a double-wheel suppression device that creates a good bed,and a more homogeneous two-stage cladding roller. The technique was feasible by field test proved.
