摘要: 抗菌肽广泛存在于生物界中,是先天性免疫系统的重要组成部分,不仅具有高效广谱抗细菌活性,还具有抗真菌、抗病毒、抗寄生虫、抗肿瘤细胞等生物活性。由于其不同于抗生素的杀菌机理,不易产生耐药性及交叉抗性作用,很可能成为新一代的抗菌药物,在农业、畜牧、水产养殖等多方面具有巨大的市场。结合当今抗菌肽的研究现状及发展前景,对抗菌肽的来源、分类、结构、抗菌机理、开发应用前景等进行了综述。

Abstract: Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs),which exists widely in living nature, are important part of innate immune system. AMPs not only have effective and brand spectrum antibacterial activities,but also have the activities against fungi,viruses,protozoa and cancer. Because of the different mechanism of antimicrobial action with antibiotic,the AMPs would not cause drug resistance and cross resistance. AMPs might be the new generation of antibacterial drugs,even have great market in agriculture,stock farming and aquaculture industry. Combined with the present research situation and development prospect of AMPs,this article summarized the source,categorization,structure,antibacterial mechanism and prospective application of AMPs.
