基于表型性状的湖北省萝卜资源的遗传多样性分析

Genetic Diversity of Radish Germplasm of Hubei Province Based on Phenotypic Trait

摘要: 以从湖北省搜集的59份萝卜(Rarhanus sativus L.)种质资源为试材,连续3年对19个表型性状进行了鉴定,采用相关系数和聚类分析等多元统计方法,研究了萝卜资源的遗传多样性,以期为有效利用该批萝卜种质资源提供参考依据。结果表明,肉质根地上部皮色、地下部皮色、根形、单根重和小裂片对数存在丰富变异;各性状之间的相关系数中达到极显著水平的有16对性状,表明大部分表型性状间具有内在联系;聚类分析结果显示将参试材料分为3大组群。

Abstract: To evaluate 59 accessions of radish from Hubei province, 19 phenotypic traits had been evaluated in the experiment field for three years. The data were analyzed by correlation analysis, and cluster analysis to study the genetic diversity, in order to provide the theoretical guidance in purposely utilizing the radish germplasm resources. The results showed that there wert abundant variations in the exterior color above-ground fleshy root, exterior color under-ground fleshy root, fleshy root shape, fleshy root weight and number of small lobed leaves, there were correlation coefficients between 16 traits reaching very significant level, which indicated that the most phenotypic traits were intrinsically linked. The 59 radish resources could be classified into 3 groups.
