Research Progress of Newcastle Disease Multi-component Vaccines

摘要: 新城疫(Newcastle disease,ND)的防控主要通过生物安全和加强免疫进行预防。目前预防新城疫的疫苗主要有弱毒疫苗和灭活疫苗。为了降低成本、减少免疫次数,达到“一针防多病”的目的,国内外很多学者在新城疫单苗的基础上研制出了一系列多联疫苗。通过对中国新城疫多联疫苗的研究进展进行阐述,分析了疫苗的应用效果,为临床应用提供参考。

Abstract: The prevention and control of Newcastle disease(ND) is mainly prevented by biological safety and enhanced immunity. The current vaccines for prevention of Newcastle disease include attenuated vaccines and inactivated vaccines. In order to reduce costs, reduce the number of immunizations, and achieve the goal of “one needle against multiple diseases”, researchers at home and abroad have developed a series of multi-linked vaccines based on Newcastle disease single seedlings. This article elaborates the research progress of China’s Newcastle disease multi-linked vaccine, analyzes the application effect of vaccine, and provides reference for clinical application.
