敌敌畏烟剂和异丙威烟剂对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊的室内毒力测定

Indoor Toxicity Determination of Dichlorvos and Isoprocarb Smoke Agent Against Chinese Chives Maggot,Bradysia odoriphaga

摘要: 采用玻璃方箱法测定了敌敌畏烟剂和异丙威烟剂对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊(Bradysia odoriphaga)成虫的熏蒸毒力。结果表明,在温度为26 ℃、熏蒸处理2 h时,2种烟剂的毒力达到最大,此时二者的LD50基本持平,但异丙威烟剂的LD99(0.733 30 g.a.i/m3)是敌敌畏烟剂(0.141 40 g.a.i/m3)的5.2倍;而处理时间相同时,随着温度的升高,2种烟剂的熏蒸毒力亦均呈增强趋势。且敌敌畏烟剂对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊的熏蒸毒力较强,韭菜迟眼蕈蚊对敌敌畏烟剂表现出更大的敏感性。

Abstract: The fumigation toxicity of dichlorvos and isoprocarb smoke agent against Bradysia odoriphaga adults were measured by the glass chamber method. The results showed that the fumigation toxicity of the two kinds of smoke agent were the strongest by 26 ℃ dealt with 2 h,and right now their LD50 remained basically,but the LD99 of isoprocarb smoke agent (0.733 30 g.a.i/m3) was 5.2 times as much as that of dichlorvos smoke agent(0.141 40 g.a.i/m3). The fumigation toxicity of the two kinds of smoke agent showed enhancement trend with the increase of temperature at the same period. The conclusions showed that the fumigation toxicity of dichlorvos smoke agent against B. odoriphaga adults was stronger, and the test insects showed greater sensitivity to dichlorvos smoke agent.
