Abstract: As an important type of rural tourism products, the construction and development of scenic villages is of great significance to the beautiful countryside and rural revitalization. Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of Huzhou rural tourism and the construction of scenic villages, the results show that there are four types of special experience projects in scenic villages, including agricultural sightseeing, folk culture, leisure and fitness, research and study travel, and there are problems of homogeneity, low grade and poor participation. It is suggested the experience projects in three aspects including rural culture with village charm, community villagers’ participation and integration into culture creativity should be developed and set up to improve the level and taste of rural tourism.
