Abstract: Based on the theory of industrial chain integration, two industrial chain integration modes of tea processing enterprises were defined. According to the market characteristics faced by different tea processing enterprises, the corresponding economic analysis models were established. By analyzing the model, the internal logic of two forward integration modes of tea processing enterprises was revealed. It provided the decision basis for the enterprise forward integration.
