Abstract: The new mode of land consolidation based on the internet plus is explored. The main method used is knowing dificients of current mode of land consolidation in informatization through questionnaires and proposing scheme of establishing information system to achieve the new land consolidation mode. Results show that current land consolidation is not highly informationized,needing to build a whole new mode. Conclusion is that through four internet system schemes consist of information interaction,finance management,project control and supervision,we can build a land consolidation mode based on internet plus.
