三种抗菌药物对羊源大肠杆菌抗菌活性的研究

Research on Antibacterial Activity of the Clinical Commonly Used Drugs Against E.coil

摘要: 采用微量肉汤稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC),研究抗菌药物恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、加替沙星对21株羊源大肠杆菌临床分离株的体外抗菌活性,从而观察大肠杆菌对几类抗菌药物的敏感性。结果表明,大肠杆菌对恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、加替沙星的敏感率分别为0.00、66.7%、61.9%,耐药率分别为47.6%、14.3%、33.3%。恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、加替沙星均对大肠杆菌产生不同程度的耐药性,其中恩诺沙星耐药性最强,而环丙沙星耐药性最弱。

Abstract: The broth microdilution method is used to determine MIC,which aims to evaluate the activity of the Enrofloxacin,Ciprofloxacin and Gatifloxacin against the clinical Escherichia coli from sheeps(21 isolates),and the susceptible and resistance of the enrofloxacin,gatifloxacin and ciprofloxacin against E.coli was estimated. Result showed that,drugs susceptiblerates to Enrofloxacin,Ciprofloxacin and Gatifloxacin in E.coli are 0.00,66.7%,61.9%, and the drugs resistance rates to Enrofloxacin,Ciprofloxacin and Gatifloxacin in E.coli are 47.6%,14.3%,33.3%. Enrofloxacin,Ciprofloxacin,Gatifloxacin emerge the different resistantance to E.coil. The E.coil strains showed high drug resistance to Enrofloxacin,and showed low drug resistance to Ciprofloxacin.
