遮阴处理对香子楠幼苗生长特性的影响

Effects of Shading Stress on Growth Characteristics of Michelia gioi

摘要: 以一年生香子楠(Michelia gioi)为研究材料,研究遮阴处理对香子楠幼苗生长特性的影响。结果表明,香子楠苗木在遮阴处理47.3%NS透光率下表现出最强的生长趋势,苗木最大净光合速率达到了8.12 μmol/(m2·s),叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性也为4个光照梯度中最高;随着遮阴处理透光率的降低,香子楠苗木的生理生化指标逐渐下降,抑制了苗木的生长与功能结构的形成。因此,可以得出香子楠苗木在栽培育种过程中,适当地进行光照护理,可以促进苗木的生长和发育,提升香子楠苗木的产量和质量。

Abstract: In this paper,Used 1a seeding of Michelia gioi from Qipo forest farm of Guangxi as the research material,the effects of different light intensities on plant growth and development were studied. The results showed that the maximum photosynthetic rate of photosynthetic rate was 8.12 μmol/(m2·s),and the leaf superoxide(SOD) and catalase activity(CAT) were the highest in four light gradients. With the decrease of light intensity,the physiological and biochemical indexes of Michelia gioi decreased and the growth and functional structure of seedlings were inhibited. Therefore,it can be concluded that during the cultivation and breeding process,the appropriate light can improve the growth and development of nursery stock and enhance the yield and quality of firewood seedling.
