不同脱水方法和含水量对青蒿种子发芽的影响

Effects of Different Dehydration Methods and Water Content on Seed Germination of Artemisia annua L.

摘要: 对刚采集的青蒿(Artemisia annua L.)种子进行干燥脱水试验及最佳保存含水量的研究,探讨脱水方法和含水量对种子发芽的影响。结果表明,烘箱干燥机干燥脱水速度最快,但对种子发芽率影响较大;干燥器干燥脱水是最适宜的脱水方式;9.34%的含水量在不同贮藏阶段,青蒿种子的发芽率均高,为冷藏保存的最适宜含水量。脱水方式及含水量是影响青蒿种子贮藏的主要因子。

Abstract: The drying and dehydration experiments and the optimum moisture content of Artemisia annua L. seeds were studied. The effects of dehydration methods and water content on seed germination of A. annua L. were discussed. The results showed that the oven drying dehydration was the fastest,but great influence on seed germination rate,dryer dehydration was the most appropriate way;when the water content was 9.34% in different storage stages, the seed germination rate was high, which was the most suitable water content for cold preservation. Dehydration and moisture is the main factor affecting the seed of A. annua L. storage.
