植物生长调节剂对百日草生长及开花的影响

Effects of Different Plant Growth Regulators on Growth and Florescence of Zinnia elegans

摘要: 以百日草(Zinnia elegans Jacq.)为试材,采用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)、油菜素内酯(BR)和不同稀释倍数的的花粉酵素对百日草进行2次全株喷施处理,探讨对百日草花期及开花质量的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内喷施赤霉素可使百日草开花提前、延长花期,而喷施油菜素内酯、花粉酵素可不同程度地推迟百日草开花;三者均可促进花径、叶面积、株高、单株花朵数的增加,提高百日草的观赏价值。综合考虑,3种植物生长调节剂中以0.02 mg/L的油菜素内酯喷施处理的效果最好;其次是花粉酵素800倍稀释液处理;赤霉素喷施浓度以100 mg/L为宜。

Abstract: Using Zinnia elegans Jacq.as experimental material, the effects of spraying different concentration of gibberellins(GA3), brassinosteroid(BR) and different dilution multiples of pollen ferment for two times on the florescence and flower quality of Z. elegans were studied. The result showed that spraying GA3 can advance the florescence of Z. elegans, extend the flowering period; spraying BR and pollen ferment within a certain range can delay the florescence of Z. elegans. All three growth regulators can increase the number of flower diameter, leaf area, height and flower number of single plant and raise ornamental values of Z. elegans. According to overall consideration of multiple factors, of three plant growth regulators, the treatment with 0.02 mg/L of brassinosteroid was the best, followed by 800 times dilution of pollen enzyme; while the concentration of gibberellin might be appropriate at 100 mg/L.
