Selection and Identification of Rice Restorer Line with Heat Tolerance at Flowering Stage

摘要: 为了选育耐热性好的水稻(Oryza sativa L.)新恢复系,利用人工气候室,对36份水稻恢复系材料在抽穗扬花期高温胁迫条件下进行耐热性研究。结果表明,在高温胁迫条件下,不同水稻恢复系材料的结实率和结实率下降率达显著水平。聚类分析表明,将36份材料分成耐热能力不同的4类,其中泸恢17、RHTR20、R1862和泸恢602属强耐热性恢复系。

Abstract: To screen rice restorer lines with high heat tolerance,the heat tolerance of 36 rice restorer lines was identified through artificial climate chamber at flowering stage. The results showed that the differences in seed setting rate and the reduction rate of seed setting rate of rice restorer lines were very significant under high temperature treatment. The 36 rice restorer lines were classified into 4 groups with different heat tolerance based on clustering analysis. It indicated that rice restorer lines Luhui 17,RHTR20,R1862 and Luhui 602 had good heat tolerance.
