高效液相-串极质谱联用仪测定土壤中丙草胺的方法研究

Study on the Method of High Performance Liquid-String of Mass Spectromctry in Soil was Determined by Pretilachlor Instrument

摘要: 建立了高效液相-串极质谱色谱法测定土壤中丙草胺的方法。样品用水提取,经MCS混合型阳离子交换SPE小柱净化,以10.00 mL 3%氨水-甲醇混合液洗脱,收集洗脱液,采用电喷雾离子源(ESI+),扫描多反应监测MRM模式,外标法定量。结果表明,回收率在90%~116%,相对标准偏差在5.3%~12.5%,定量限0.000 5 mg/kg。该法准确可靠、前处理简便,适用于批量样品的检测。

Abstract: This research establishes the high performance liquid-string of mass spectrometry determination of pretilachlor in the soil. Sample water extraction,purification by MCS hybrid cationic exchange SPE column,with 10.00 mL 3% of ammonia-methanol elution mixture,collect the eluent, using electrospray ion source(ESI+),scan multiple reaction monitoring MRM mode,external standard method. The results show that the recovery was 90%~116%,relative standard deviation was 5.3%~12.5%,quantitative limit of 0.000 5 mg/kg. The method was simple,accurate and reliable,before treatment is suitable for the batch sample detection.
