添加果胶渣对玉米秸秆青贮的影响

Effect of pectin residue on corn straw silage

摘要: 利用果胶渣作为添加剂对玉米秸秆进行青贮,以pH、干物质损失率、挥发性脂肪酸含量、可溶性碳水化合物含量、纤维素含量等变化为评价指标,对贮存效果进行分析,以期为玉米秸秆青贮寻找一种新型添加剂。结果表明,添加果胶渣对玉米秸秆青贮具有较好的效果,能快速降低贮存过程的pH,最低pH达到3.97;能提高可溶性碳水化合物含量,为乳酸菌快速繁殖提供充足的原料;能减少乙酸生成量,降低贮存过程腐败的可能性;能较好地降低贮存过程中的干物质损失。

Abstract: The pectin residue was used as an additive for corn stalk silage, the changes of pH value, the loss rate of dry matter, volatile fatty acid content, water-soluble carbohydrates content and cellulose content were taken as evaluation indexes to analysis the silage effect, and hope to search a new additive for corn straw silage. The results showed that the addition of pectin residue had a good effect on corn straw silage. It can quickly reduce the pH value in storage process, and the minimum pH value reaches 3.97, improve the content of water-soluble carbohydrates and provide sufficient raw materials for the rapid propagation of lactic acid bacteria, reduce the amount of acetic acid and reduce the possibility of corruption in storage process, reduce dry matter loss during storage.
