烟支密度对卷烟主流烟气品质的影响

Influence of cigarette density on quality of cigarette mainstream smokeWANG Kai,WANG Jun-zhao,FANG Li

  1. Abstract: In order to analyze the effect of cigarette density on the quality of cigarette mainstream smoke, four densities were made using the same tobacco material rolls, which were 240, 260, 280 and 300 mg/cm3. Through the comparison of the harmful components, the release of neutral aromatic substances and the sensory quality of the main flue gas at these four densities, it was found that the tar and ammonia emissions from the main flue gas under the density of 260 mg/cm3 were the lowest, and the relative content of neutral aromatic substances was the highest; The nicotine release in the mainstream flue gas at the density of 280 mg/cm3 was the lowest; The emission of CO in the mainstream flue gas at 240 mg/cm3 density was the lowest, the irritating was maximum, and the flue gas concentration was the smallest. Comprehensive observation showed that the mainstream smoke quality was optimal under 260 mg/cm3 density.

摘要: 为分析烟支密度对卷烟主流烟气品质的影响,使用相同的烟用材料卷制成4种密度的烟支,分别为240、260、280、300 mg/cm3。通过对这4种密度下卷烟主流烟气中各有害成分、中性香气物质释放量及感官质量评价的比较发现,烟支在260 mg/cm3密度下主流烟气中的焦油、氨释放量均为最低,中性致香物质相对含量最高;280 mg/cm3密度下主流烟气中烟碱释放量最低;240 mg/cm3密度下主流烟气中CO释放量最低,刺激性最大,烟气浓度最小。综合观察,260 mg/cm3密度下卷烟主流烟气的品质最优。
