新疆罗布红麻花、种子及叶中金丝桃苷含量比较

Hyperoside comparison with flowers,seeds and leaves of Apocynum venetum

摘要: 为了比较罗布红麻(Apocynum venetum L.)花、种子、叶中的金丝桃苷含量差异,采用回流提取法提取罗布红麻花、种子及叶中的金丝桃苷,利用高效液相层析法(HPLC)测定3器官中金丝桃苷的含量。结果表明,金丝桃苷浓度在0.01~0.10 mg/mL与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.998 1;花、种子、叶中金丝桃苷的得率分别为0.085%、0.012%、0.052%。

Abstract: To compare the hyperoside in flowers, seeds and leaves of Apocynum venetum, the hyperoside extracted by reflux extractions, and content was determined by HPLC assay. The results showed that within the range of 0.01to 0.10 mg/mL, hyperoside showed a good linear correlation with peak area, and the coefficient was 0.998 1. The hyperoside yield in the flowers, leaves and seeds were 0.085%, 0.012%, 0.052%.
