真菌NBERC-170301中农药活性化合物的研究

Study on the Pesticide Activity Compounds from Fungus NBERC-170301

摘要: 筛选到一株具有农药活性的真菌NBERC-170301,通过活性跟踪,确定出其中的活性组分。并经过大量发酵,提取分离得到4个化合物,经超高效液质联用(UPLC-MS)和NMR确定其中3个化合物分别为青霉酸、郝金青霉素和郝青霉素酮,活性测试结果表明,化合物4对小菜蛾具有较好的毒杀活性,但结构暂未确定。

Abstract: Fungus NBERC-170301 which had pesticide activity was found. By active tracking,the active fractions were detected,and 4 compounds were obtained(1-4). Compounds 1-3 were identified as penicillic acid(1),herqueichrysin(2) and herqueinone(3) by UPLC-MS and NMR. The results of biological activity showed that compound 4 had insecticidal activity against the Plutella xylostella L.,however,the structure of which was failed to be identified.
