鄂麦352穗发芽抗性机制及抗穗发芽亲本价值分析

The Value and Mechanism of Pre-harvest Sprouting Resistance in Emai 352

摘要: 通过4年穗发芽鉴定,从260份小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)种质中筛选出高抗穗发芽品种鄂麦352,同时结合子粒发芽、子粒+芒、子粒+穗轴、子粒+颖壳4种处理,发现其高抗穗发芽不仅与其较强的子粒休眠性有关,还与芒、穗轴和颖壳有关。利用其作为穗发芽抗性亲本配制2个杂交组合,分析表明容易选出抗穗发芽后代,具有较高的育种价值。

Abstract: The pre-harvest sprouting resistance (PHS) of 260 wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasm was assessed and Emai 352 was identified with high resistance by 4 years intact spike germination in room. Through the germination test of seed,seed+awn,seed+spike stalk,seed+glumes,it showed that long dormant period,awn,spike stalk and glumes were involved in controlling PHS in Emai 352. Comparison of the PHS of two crossed progeny from Emai 352,the result indicated that it was easy for selecting lines with high PHS and Emai 352 was a good parent for PHS breeding.
