摘要: 以耐储性强的籼稻二秋矮1号为材料与育种骨干亲本明恢63构建分离群体,并利用人工老化的方法鉴定群体表型。结果表明,二秋矮1号耐储的表型符合两位点互作的隐性上位遗传模型,且耐储对不耐储表型呈隐性。同时,获得了一批耐储性强的中间材料。

Abstract: A segregation population derived from a cross of two indica cultivars,Erqiuai No.1 and Minghui63, which have significant differences in seed storability,was assessed, and the seed storability was identified by artificial aging protocol. The results indicated that the genetic of seed storability phenotype in Erqiuai No.1 conformed to recessive epistatic genetic model and seed storability phenotype was recessive. Furthermore,a series of breeding materials with seed storability were obtained and laid a sound foundation for rice storability breeding.
