辣椒菌核病菌毒素的产生及其生物活性测定

Determination of Production and Biological Activity of Toxin of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum

摘要: 采用马铃薯葡萄糖培养液培养和室内接种试验, 开展辣椒菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)毒素的时间序列分析及其生物活性测定。结果表明, 辣椒菌核病菌分泌的毒素产物为草酸, 随着菌丝的不断生长, 病菌分泌的草酸浓度逐渐上升, 当病菌生长速度最快时, 草酸含量也达到最大值, pH则相应降低到最小值。草酸毒素可以调节培养基质的pH。草酸毒素和菌丝的共同作用才能有效侵染寄主组织, 且草酸毒素对辣椒种子的萌发活力、幼苗的生长和植株的发育均有较强的抑制作用。

Abstract: The time series analysis and biological activity of toxin of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were carried out by artificial culture and inoculation test. The results showed that the main toxin product produced by S. sclerotiorum was oxalic acid, and the concentration of oxalic acid increased gradually with the mycelium growth. When the growth rate of pathogen was the fastest, the content of oxalate reached the maximum value, and the pH correspondingly decreased to a minimum. Oxalate could regulate the pH of the culture matrix. The combined action of oxalic acid and mycelium could effectively infect host tissues, and oxalate toxin had a strong inhibitory effect on seed germination vigor, seedling growth and plant development of pepper.
