咪鲜胺及其代谢物在丝瓜上的残留检测方法及动态研究

Residue Detection and Dynamics Research of Prochloraz and Its Metabolites in Loofah

摘要: 采用气相色谱法(ECD)检测丝瓜中咪鲜胺及其代谢物的总残留量。用丙酮提取丝瓜中的咪鲜胺及其代谢物,在210~240 ℃条件下用吡啶盐酸盐将咪鲜胺及其代谢物全部水解成2,4,6-三氯苯酚,气相色谱法(ECD)测定2,4,6-三氯苯酚的含量,再换算成咪鲜胺的残留量。咪鲜胺在丝瓜中的平均添加回收率为73%~78%, 相对标准偏差(RSD)为4%~6%。咪鲜胺在丝瓜中最低检测浓度为0.02 mg/kg。残留动态研究表明, 咪鲜胺在丝瓜中消解速率快,3 d后,均检测不出咪鲜胺残留量。

Abstract: The total residue amount of prochloraz and its metabolites in loofah was determined by gas chromatography (ECD).The prochloraz and its metabolites in the loofah were extracted with acetone,and the prochloraz and its metabolites were all conversed to 2,4,6-trichlorophenol by pyridine hydrochloride at 210 ℃ to 240 ℃. After liquid distribution purification,content of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol was determined by gas chromatography (ECD),and then converted to the residue amount of prochloraz. The average recovery of prochloraz in loofah was 73% to 78%,and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4% to 6%.The lowest detection concentration of prochloraz in loofah was 0.02 mg/kg. Residue dynamics study showed that the digestion rate of prochloraz in loofah was fast, and after 3 days, the residue amount of prochloraz was not detected.
