HS-SPME-GC-MS分析桂枝及蜜桂枝的挥发性成分

Analysis of volatile compounds in cassia twig and honey cassia twig by HS-SPME-GC-MS

摘要: 采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)结合气质联用技术(GC-MS)对桂枝及蜜桂枝挥发性成分进行分析鉴定,用面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果表明,桂枝生品中检测出42个峰,鉴定出27种成分,占挥发性成分的75.53%,含量最高的为肉桂醛(42.28%);从蜜桂枝中检测出46个峰,鉴定出31种成分,占挥发性成分的86.93%,含量最高的为肉桂醛(61.65%)。桂枝蜜制后挥发性成分的组成和含量均发生了变化,在临床上治疗虚寒疼痛方面病症时使用蜜桂枝更加适宜。

Abstract: The volatile components in the cassia twig and honey cassia twig were analyzed by headspace solid-phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) techniques. The relative hundred of each component was calculated by area normalization method. The results show that 42 peaks were detected from the raw materials of cassia twig, and 27 components were identified, accounting for 75.53% of the volatile components,the highest content was cinnamaldehyde(42.28%); 46 peaks were detected from the honey twig, and 31 components were identified, accounting for 86.93% of the volatile components, of which the highest content was cinnamon aldehyde (61.65%). The total amount of volatile components in honey cassia twig had been increased. The composition and content of the volatile components of the cassia twig were changed,It is more suitable to use honey cassia twig in clinical treatment of deficiency cold pain.
