耐淹砧木对猕猴桃枝叶生长及淹水胁迫的生理影响

Physiological Effects of Inundated Rootstock on the Growth and Flooding Stress of Kiwifruit

摘要: 以对萼猕猴桃(Actinidia valvata Dunn.)、美味猕猴桃(Actinidia deliciosa A Chev.)2种砧木和东红、红阳、湘吉红3种接穗的嫁接苗为材料,对不同猕猴桃嫁接苗的枝条生长发育以及红阳/砧木受淹水胁迫时膜透性、根孔隙度、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等指标进行测定。结果显示,对萼猕猴桃砧木对接穗品种有促进叶片生长、增加节间长度等作用。淹水胁迫下对萼猕猴桃膜透性先升高、后保持相对稳定,而根孔隙度增加幅度大于美味猕猴桃,并且MDA含量和SOD活性整体呈先升高后降低的变化;相比美味猕猴桃砧木能保持植株良好的生命力,表现出较强的耐淹性。

Abstract: The grafted seedlings of Actinidia valvata Dunn., susceptible A. deliciosa A Chev. two rootstocks and Donghong, Hongyang, Xiangjihong three scion are used as experimental materials. This experiment detects the growth index of stem and leaf, the porosity of root, the relative permeability of membrane, MDA content and superoxide dismutase activity in different varieties of kiwi seedlings. The results show that the growth rate of grafted seedlings leaf in flood-resistant rootstock is more fast; and flood-resistant rootstock also increases the internode length. Under the flooding stress, the membrane permeability of the flood-resistant kiwi rootstock increased; porosity rate of increase in flood-resistant rootstock is higher than control rootstock; and the MDA content and SOD activity increases first and then decreases. In conclusion, compared with the A. deliciosa, A. valvata shows a strong resistance to flooding, and performance in growth.
